Clear tape used to repair bulk of the damage (these sets were very brittle plastic), but from inside the case so it's not terrible noticable. Discs all have scratches (from going in and out of cardboard sleeves, another common issue with this set) but play through. I placed each disc in it's own soft sleeve to further protect them.
