It slips into a slot in the perimeter of the windshield frame. Just thread it around the frame, trim for a perfect fit and glue the ends together with a dab of weatherstrip adhesive (sold on our ebay store if you need it.) Seals the windshield to the body when shut. My kids call the swing open windshield "Dad's air conditioner!" Get it sealed up correctly with this seal. It's great when it's open but when it's closed you want it SEALED.
