The set was made by Wilton Company in their proprietary aluminum alloy called Armetale. Armetale will shine up like silver but is lightweight and extremely durable. Included in the set is a tankard (stein), a hot sauce (Tabasco of course) holder and a bread tray (with box). The prose on the tankard (stein) and bread tray translates as, "A Good Cajun Dinner Excites the Spirit as it Sweentens the Heart", which Floyd wrote and translated into French.
