Description: This is a mid-Victorian flow blue honey dish, berry bowl or relish dish by Davenport. I have not identified the pattern. It has nice clarity in the floral transferware pattern with a rich, smudgy, flowing blue. Age and maker: 1840s Davenport. Well marked on the back. Condition: Typical crazing and stilt marks. This piece has a couple of rough spots on the edges and foot. Size: 4 3/8" in diameter and ~1” tall. This would make a nice addition to your flow blue collection.
