These bags MEASURE 9" x 6" Perfect size for warming and soothing aches/pains from sore muscles, headaches, etc. Can also be used as a cold pack for bumps, sprains, ankle or knee swelling ,etc. (Important place rice bag in baggie before putting in freezer and let freeze for a couple hours before use) Microwave the rice bags for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Make sure to check temperature before using. DO NOT microwave bag for over 2 minutes at a time, rice can burn. These bags should not be in contact with water.
