It is part of a massive jewelry collection, most of which looks like it was barely or never worn. Marked IWI and 10K - I believe IWI is a company named Imperial, this was most likely purchased on QVC Large square cut amethyst center gemstone measures approximately 12mm x 12mm, there are three amethyst baguettes on each side.
