It was removed from the outer plastic wrapping, but I am not sure that it was ever played. I could find no scratches, stains, markings, or any other damage. The plastic cover on the front DVD case has a minor "indentation/tear" on the bottom right corner, but doesn't not impact the DVD or the cover information (see photo).
