ABOUT THE ARTISTEd Miracle was born on the Mexican border within walking distance of the Rio Grande. Miracle was inspired by a mother whose artistic talents included painting, sculpture and ceramics, as well as being accomplished on the piano, violin and guitar. Through all of Miracle’s adventures and endeavors, the one constant in his life was his art and in 1963 he turned professional. In the early 70's, Miracle's paintings were selling well. With studios in Laguna Beach and Palm Springs,Several of his most popular paintings grew from the sketches and ideas he developed that year and right from the start, "I Told You So" was a hit. With his early success, Miracle’s work became increasingly popular. He worked with John Carradine at the Fox Theater in San Diego, traveled with the American Ballet Company, created the title paintings for George C. Scott’s “The Savage Is Loose”, and had commissioned works for the Pacific Coast Highway and President Ronald Reagan’s inauguration. It wasn’t long before Miracle became an international success, with his works in over 55 galleries worldwide. In 1984 Miracle decided to move to Europe. The man who sent for him was Sheikh Abdullah, a member of the royal family of Sharjah, one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Originally scheduled to stay in the country for the duration of his 90 day visa, Miracle ended up staying in the UAE for the next decade, doing commissioned paintings and sculptures for the royal families of Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Oman. Miracle has since returned to the US and now resides in South Florida, currently working on sculpture.
