Description: Historic 8x10 satin finish nicely hand signed color photo from the Inauguration of L. Douglas Wilder on January 13th, 1990 as the 66th Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the first ever African American to be elected and sworn in as Governor in the history of the entire United States. I personally obtained this autograph on this historical photo many years ago during a book signing event Mr. Wilder held here in Washington. D.C. Signature is bold and sharp in Gold paint pen and he has added a lengthy inscription all non-personalized all in his hand as well (as seen). Even though I personally obtained this signature so I know its reals, I still sent it off to JSA for 3rd party certification for added assurance to winning buyer comes with JSA COA as seen.
