The game was part of the NOA Library where Nintendo Game Play Counselors could check out games to test or to help players who called the Phone Hotline, and the cartridges were later sold at employee garage sales. I bought most of these cartridges in my collection directly from Nintendo Game Play Counselors over the years. The Labels and NOA library stickers/labels have scuffs and scratches from use.
