Description: Debbie Patrick 2230 BROADWAY STREET San Fran Hand Signed Watercolor Lithograph. This is a gorgeous blue rendition of 2230 Broadway Street in San Francisco. It is hand signed by the artist, Debbie Patrick and looks to be dated 4/3/83. The Victorian homes are first drawn by the artist in India Ink, then lithographed in black and white. Each is then hand-watercolored to blend with the various matte colors. There is a little damage to the edge of the matting but I believe it would be hidden when framed. There is one faint spot to the left of the bushes, I have photographed it up close for your consideration. Please check out the pictures for further condition and descriptive info.
