GUARANTEE We test every guitar (such as buzzing, sound test, workmanship) before it is shipped in order to ensure factory approved condition. With International Shipping taking approx 1-5 weeks, strings, tuning, etc may need readjustments. If you have a problem, or are not happy with our guitar, please let us know immediately when you receive it. We will tell you how to make these adjustments. SHIPPING We ship by USPS and China Post and will provide a tracking number so you can conveniently monitor the shipping progress on it`s website. CUSTOMS DUTY Our pricing does not include customs duties. We provide an invoice with a very low value, allowing you to pay little or no customs duties. The only policy we have is we'll do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you happy. What if I receive a defective product? We will offer you a full refund only if the item you received is broken or defective. Please return it within 3 days after you received it, in the original or approved packaging. After we receive the item, we will give you a Full-Refund or Exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you want to replace it ,we will send a new one to you and then forward a shipping label.
