DESCRIPTION:Rare black hoodie from the Chu Dynasty restaurant in Coronado. Chu Dynasty was next door to the Coronado Post Office. It was torn down in the 90s to make room for that monstrosity of a building that exists there now with a bunch of micro shops in it. Personally I preferred Chu Dynasty over what sits there now. Imagine if you will a restaurant with nice dark romantic lighting inside and the beautiful Chinese decor with a classic 70s style bar in the side of the restaurant. The restaurant itself sat on a dirt lot next to the post office way back in the day...the old timers in Coronado will definitely remember that. I was light friends with the family back in the day. They lived up around 6th and Alameda. The daughter Rosalind was a cutie. Anyway, this shirt is super, super rare. These super old Chinese restaurants back in the day were the coolest places to have dinner. Less and less of them exist anymore due to modern trends...but Chu Dynasty was the coolest example of them all. Get this rare piece of Coronado history while you can.
