Description: Classic Cruiser Bike Serviceable Block Pedals for Vintage Schwinn Bicycles This is a new Classic Reproduction Block Pedals with 1/2" Spindles that fit one Piece Cranks only!!. Pedals can be rebuilt and blocks changed. You choose your Choice of Stock Block or Custom Vintage Block Options from the Pull down Menu. The Pedals are New Reproduction Block Pedals with Serviceable Parts, this means the Pedals can be Rebuilt or Blocks changed. The Stock Block Pedals have Black PVC Blocks with Reflectors. The Pedal Platform is approx 2 5/8" x 3 1/2" and the spindle to the cap is approx 5 1/4" long. I Cannot say I am too impressed with the Cheap Plastic Blocks of the Stock Block Pedals, there Just OK, but the Rest is Solid. The Blocks can be changed out, Which we did, offering you New pedals with Vintage Blocks that look and blend better with your Vintage Bike. All Pedals are New but our Custom Options will have Vintage Blocks in Different Grades, All Vintage Blocks are Used and Show Wear, 2nd grade will show more wear and possibly slightly missed matched. Vintage Blocks will be late Torrington Blocks, Schwinn Waffle Blocks, and Slightly Smaller Schwinn Waffle Blocks. You May or May Not Get the pedals in the Vintage Block Photos but you will be getting a pair of same graded Quality. Technical Note to the Do It Your Selfer: Pedals Blocks are 3 1/2" wide, vintage blocks may be slightly longer and need be shaved down. 3 1/2" wide became industry standard in the 1960s. Unfortunately if you think you can replace your Torrington #8 and #10 spindles, You CANNOT because those early block pedals were 4" wide. These 1/2" Block pedals are Full size Mens Adult pedals and Fit one piece cranks on Schwinn Stingrays, Krates, Fastbacks, Schwinn Middleweight, Ballooner bikes, Beach Cruisers, Choppers, Lowriders, Comfort Townie Bicycles, and Other Brand Cruiser Bicycles (New and Old) with 1 Piece Cranks. Your Choice is made from the pull down Menu. 1/2" fits all Vintage and New 1 Piece Cranks. 1/2" is the threaded Spindle Size, Not the wrench size to tighten the pedal on the crank.
