I believe it's related to the commercial transit industry, but not 100% sure. For conditions, review photos closely using the magnifying tool or zoom in. Sign in used condition with age/use related wear, including peeling, dents, scratches and other condition related matters from being posted outdoors, in the elements, for years. Review closely as photos will give the best idea of overall conditions. Most significantly, there are two dents at the top, one over the A and one over the N in Caution.
