Description: Canadian Armed Forces IssueAdopted in the mid to late 1980s the lightweight trousers were made out of a 5oz nylon/cotton blend. The earlier version of these trousers have two short velcro waist adjustment tabs and the belt loops are slightly wider than the MK II trousers.Included in this version are two hip pockets and the knee and seat reinforcements that were not included on the MK II trousers. Bottom of the trouser have the standard storm cuff which can be buttoned up into the pant or left hanging.This was the final production of the Canadian combat trousers.
