LOW FOR GOVERNOR Publication: [various counties in California: 1863] Description: A lot of 19 tickets most listing the candidates for the Union State Ticket, and including Frederick F. Low, for Governor and Thomas N. Machin, for Lieutenant Governor. The group varies in size from 31 x 6 cm. to 9 x 6 cm., several include vignettes, some of which are printed in color.
