Description: I have up for sale an interesting antique vintage original circa 1st quarter of the 20th Century 36mm French Bronze Medal engraved and or sculpted by H. Dubouis and by Charles Gustave de Marey as both names are engraved on opposite sides of the medal. The inscription on the front "PARIS - Good Luck and Best Wishes to W M CHESTER". The obverse has a Crowned Shield of the city of Paris within a wreath of oak and laurels, with a ribbon inscribed with the motto of the city . The side of the medal is stamped bronze. I am not sure who exactly W. M. Chester is to be honest. Whether or not W. M. means William or not I can not say. ONLY THROW OUT THE BOXES AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM OR ITEMS AND FIND NO DAMAGE other than what may be noted in the condition report or shown in the pics. IN THE RARE EVENT YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM AND IT IS DAMAGED -CONTACT ME ASAP - KEEP THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS JUST AS THE ITEM ARRIVED AS THEY WOULD BE NEEDED TO HELP PROCESS THE INSURANCE CLAIM. YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO HELP WITH THE INSURANCE CLAIM . SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING ,PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AND INNER BOX , AND OF THE DAMAGED ITEM WOULD BE REQUIRED.
