This document pertains to The Chase Manhattan Bank N. A. being named the designated depository of Beatles U.S.A. Linited. Both Nat Weiss (President) and Brian Epstein (Vice President & Secretary) have signed the document. The document bears the embossed seal of Beatles U.S.A. Limited. Interesting to note that Brian signed this document 5 months prior to the day he died Background: Walter Hofer was an entertainment lawyer based in New York who was employed by Brian Epstein. Hofer played an important role in helping the band get their big break in America, for example in negotiations over their appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show. He was replaced on the board in 1967 by Nathan (Nat) Weiss, another New York lawyer and personal friend of Brian Epstein. Epstein and Weiss together formed the management company Nemperor Artists, and Weiss went on to have a very distinguished career in the entertainment industry. The booklet is 4 pages long and in very good condition. The signatures are crisp and clear with no issues.
