(Hancock House at Court Sq., Interior Decorator at 121 Court St. & New Old South Church) Published c. 1860's-80's, United States by Various. 3 trade cards/ admission card, all on card stock. Text in English. The earliest one- Hancock House- is printed on a coated stock unique to the mid-19th century (c.1860's?). Lot is over 100 years old and shows some signs of handling and time. Lot is not new or in "new" condition. Paper gently age worn, slight rubbing, remains overall clean and attractive as a fragile survival. Paper is lightly toned, signs of handling, small scattered spotting, internally still well preserved, sound. Scarce lot displays a pleasing and unique age patina and overall is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
