Description: Maker and age: This lovely shamrock cup and saucer set is by the incomparable Irish porcelain producer Belleek. Both pieces have the green 5th mark that was in use from 1955 to 1965. Design: The Shamrock pattern has been produced in various versions since 1926 and is still in production. This set's pretty embossed design, incredibly thin and translucent porcelain, and delightful branch handle give it a wonderful appeal. Size: The cup is 3 3/4 inches wide at the opening and 2 3/4 inches tall. The saucer is 6 inches wide. Together they weigh 6 ounces. Condition: Both pieces are in excellent condition with no marks, nicks, chips, cracks, scratches, stains, discoloration, repairs, crazing or wear.
