Synge classic "THE PLAYBOY OF THE WESTERN WORLD", the George Shiels comedy "THE NEW GOOSEN", the Sean O'Casey classic "JUNO AND THE PAYCOCK", the Lennox Robinson comedy "THE FAR OFF HILLS", the J. M. Synge play "THE SHADOW OF THE GLEN" and the Lennox Robinson comedy "THE WHITEHEADED BOY". The company included BARRY FITZGERALD, MAUREEN DELANY, DENIS O'DEA, MICHAEL J. DOLAN, P. J. CAROLAN, MAY CRAIG, F. J. McCORMICK, EILEEN CROWE, ARTHUR SHIELDS, KATE CURLING, U. WRIGHT, JOAN SULLIVAN and RIA MOONEY ..... CREDITS: Produced by ALBER and WICKES, INC. by special arrangement with THE IRISH FREE STATE GOVERNMENT ..... DETAILS: Handbills and heralds were often distributed or inserted into the playbills of other productions to help generate ticket sales for upcoming shows and events. This single page, one-sided measures 5 1/2" X 7 1/2" inches and includes production credits, performance schedule and ticket prices on the front. The backside is blank ..... CONDITION: With the exception of a small tear in the top edge and minor edge wear, this rare flyer is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian.
