It does not bear the Fender® logo, patent number or serial number but will replace part number 005-4525-000 without modification. Neck screws are not included with this item. This will not fit a bass. Plate Thickness = 1/16 in. (1.56mm). Mounting Screw Hole Locations = 1 1/4 in. (31.65mm) apart. Mounting Screw hole Diameter = 9/32 in. (7mm). Machine Screw Hole location = 1 29/32 centered below wood mounting screws. Machine Screw Mounting Hole size = 21/32 in. (8.35mm). Micro-tilt hole placed directly below machine screw hole.
