Description: A dainty, thin white porcelain demitasse cup and saucer decorated at the rims, foot, handle and one side with gold gild.Marked with the R.C. and crossed swords, the crown and the text, "Malmaison Bavaria" in green underglaze on the bottom of both pieces. The teacup is also marked with we think a name that was added on top of the glaze (original owner?).The saucer is 4 3/8" diameter. The cup is 2 3/4" at the rim and has a base that is 1 1/2" in diameter.
