Description: This stunning antique wedding dress in a queen Charlotte style is the perfect addition to any vintage clothing collection or to be worn on your special day. The delicate lace and intricate details make it a true beauty. It's perfect for any bride-to-be looking for a unique and romantic look . This wedding gown is in amazing condition, I don't believe it has ever been worn. The lace along the bottom that would normally touch the floor is in beautiful condition as is the rest of the dress. I believe the dress is made with dupioni silk, it certainly looks like it to me, I'm unsure of the feel because the entire dress is lined so it's hard to tell. Such an elegant dress, if your looking for classy and elegant then this is the dress for you. I believe all of the lace used on this dress is Alencon. It buttons down the back, has a scoop neck both in the front and back. The train has a French Bustle also called a Under Bustle, (shown bustled in a few pictures,) and has a wrist/finger loop attached to the train, and a kick pleat at the bottom. I am unsure of the exact age of this dress, as there are no tags inside, I believe it was custom made dress. ~ Measurements ~ Pit to Pit~ 14.5" Waist~ 13", (measured where lace meets the skirt part) Across the shoulders to pit seam~ 12" Sleeve length ~ 11" Top of shoulder to the waist~ 12" Shoulder to bottom hem~ 53" Waist to Bottom hem~ 41" (Measurments are from the empire waist to the bottom of the lace at the hem.)
