Description: This is a beautiful and unusual Victorian, Ca 1880 lady's ring set with clusters of moonstones that are cut into flat backs with faceted and pointed peaks on the tops. The stones are evenly matched in color, and are of a grayish blue tone with that nice "moonstone glow" about them. The stones are set into a 14K yellow gold mounting. The ring is not marked but it has been tested to 14K solid gold. The ring is "Navette" style and has clusters of 3 moonstones on each end with one moonstone sitting in the middle of the ring. From a certain angle it might look like there are two stones missing beside the center stone. This is not the case. The ring was made with 7 stones and none are missing. There were never any prongs in the side areas to hold two more stones. The ring is currently as size 5.75, and it can be sized up or down a couple of sizes. I am sorry we do not do any sizing. The condition of the ring is very good antique. Please see the condition report above. Please email with questions.
