Description: Vase measures approximately 12-1/4" tall x 6" wide, measured on the widest part of the belly.No chips or cracks, some wear to the gilt and light wear consistent with use and age.No wear to the hand painted flowers. Vase has the old R.H stamp used between 1882 and I believe until 1910. Robert Hanke's factory specialized in producing fancy vases, bowls and other fancy goods made of transparent ivory porcelain.Export to the US started in 1890.In 1896 the factory was taken over by Gustav Bihl, in 1906 the plant was reorganized in Porcelain-and Stoneware factory G.Bihl & Co.
