Description: This listing is for a pair of Antique Religious Virgin Mary and Jesus Wood & Metal Wall Plaques made in France and Signed ESCUDERO. Also, on the right they have RC inscribed. Wood is mahogany and metal could be brass or bronze ( a magnet does not adhere to it ). Each plaque has incised on the back " Made In France" Each plaque measures 8.25" x 6.50" and the wood is 1/2" thick. Each plaque weighs about 1 1/2 pounds. They have hooks on the back for hanging. I'm sure these would polish up beautifully, but will let the buyer do that, if so desired.
