Description: Antique Japanese Meiji cloisonne enameled bird charger plate. I am not an expert in this field so my representation is based on other items I see on the internet. I have included many pictures for you to consider the plates date and condition. The plate is in overall very good condition. The colors are bright, the enamel is intact.
