Description: Signed watercolor painting dating to the early 20th century of a ghostly forest of birch trees and a stream . The artist's monogram (initials) may be C. L. M. , L. M. C, or something like that. I haven't been able to match it with any information online. On the back of the painting are stickers from J. H. B. Sanford Furniture Store in Pleasant City, Ohio which he sold in 1905. So the painting probably was created before then. The painting itself is 8" tall x 14" wide, and in the frame it is 13.5" x 16.5". Please see photos for details and feel free to ask any questions before purchasing. Thanks for looking!
