The piece features a hand-painted cherub, atop a cobalt ground decorated by gilt. The upper and bottom portion are made of bronze adorned by champleve enamel. The base is made of green onyx, with a bronze base stamped "Le Palais Royal". The piece measures 6.75" tall, and the base is 2.75" square. The vase is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing to the porcelain, and the gilt is bright. The onyx base has a few small bruises/flaws, but nothing large or overly distracting. The champleve appears complete, but may have light wear throughout (please examine the pictures of the neck).
