Description: For sale is a really nice early plate made by Nymphenburg in the 18th century . It is hand painted with a large floral arrangement in the center that looks very typical Nymphenburg with three small flowers next to it as well as four larger and four smaller flowers along the rim. A bit of a relief design to the nicely shaped edge. A very nice looking and quite rare plate in the typical Nymphenburg style they still use today! The plate is marked with the impressed shield mark as well as an incised number 7 as shown. It is in super condition for the age with just a touch of use marks but about as nice as one can hope to find. A really nice example from one of the rarer makers of the 18th century. The plate is 1.25 inches tall and 9.25 inches in diameter. Germany Blumenteller If you like my goodies have a look at my other auctions for a lot more top maker pieces like KPM , Sevres and so on.
