I believe it was manufactured in Europe in the 70s based on where I purchased it (Spain). Feels like a cotton / poly blend. Thin semi-transparent fabric. Ribbon, lace and ruching at the collar. Elasticed at the end is the sleeves to create a puff sleeve.
