DOA policy: DOA is only covered for Priority Mail and FedEx 2day Shipping service. USPS Ground (average 4-5 business days) makes things very unpredictable. Let the package sitting under the sun / in the mailbox during very hot / cold days can quickly kill the algea, so please try to check the package as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding! Hitchhikers: I raise all my macro algae in my "clean" tank along with my display fish and corals. This clean tank takes in anything with a strict quarantine procedure. So all my macros are free of those famous pests/diseases, including ich, velvet, fluke, aiptasia, flatworms. I will clean out any hitchhikers I see from the macros before shipping. Possible hitchhikers remaining on the macro algae include brittle starfish, bristle worm, spirorbid worm, pod. Shipping: Macros will be shipped in small box or bubble mailer without cool/heat packs. Packages ship on Mondays and Wednesdays.
