Buyer pays shipping, handling, and insurance. Payment must clear before pick-up or shipping of an item. We need to hear from the high bidder within 2 days of auction end. Payment needs to arrive within 2 days after the auction, or we reserve the right to sell to the second highest bidder or relist the item, unless prior arrangement has been made. We usually ship 3 to 5 days after payment clears. All items sold as-is where-is. We are only responsible for the item while in our possession. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. We will pack all items VERY WELL with bubble wrap and peanuts(furniture will be packed by the shipper).
