2013 Japan baseball magazine (SHOHEI OHTANI rookie card in sealed pack inside)!!

Description: 2013 Japanese baseball magazine with FACTORY SEALED unopened pack of 2 cards---1 is Shohei Ohtani's rookie card! This magazine was released in late February/2013 for sale in March/April that year. Shohei Ohtani is on the front cover (bottom left) and has few smaller pics inside with rookie reviews and articles of him. But most importantly, it has a FACTORY SEAL PACK/ENVELOPED consisting of two 2013 BBM printed cards---one of which is SHOHEI OHTANI. Although it's an unopened pack, but no guessing and no surprises, the two cards are mentioned on the front cover (bottom right, pic #1) and also on the seal pack attached in between the magazine (see pics #4 and #5). The seal pack/envelope is completely factory sealed, there's no openings, you would have to TEAR IT OPEN. This Ohtani rookie year magazine with the unopened pack is extremely rare as most of them were opened since it was released in 2013. Shohei Ohtani was a star pitcher right out of high school and was a superstar during all of his 5 years playing in the Japan professional league. Thus, majority of all unopened boxes/packs or magazines with an unopened pack with Ohtani cards included were opened during those 5 years. Great investment item of the "2-way sensation" Shohei Ohtani, especially for an extremely rare factory sealed unopened pack still attached inside the magazine!
