We are always upgrading the set until sold! Remember there are hundreds of 1986 fleer set out there,But when you can be the only one with a this set. That is why the set is valued at the price. This set has been over a 20 year build Just finding the cards and not having them crack in the mail has been a very hard process. So the number for the rookies are lower than state because how easily damaged.(none are damaged in this set) Ps Some cards got up grade in the photos posted that is way not all shown.
