SO I'M SAYING THEY HAVE PROBLEMS AND LET ANYONE INTERESTED TO DECIDE FOR THEMSELVES. THE NO COPPER CENTER CORE IS VERY LIGHT, THE NORMAL QUARTER SHOWN WEIGHS 5.49 GRAMS, WHEREAS THIS NO COPPER CENTER IS ONLY 4.09 GRAMS. THE REEDING IS VISIBLE ON THE EDGE, WHICH IT WOULD BE HARD TO REMOVE THE COPPER AND LEAVE THE REEDING IN PLACE. THE MINT MARK IS EITHER FILLED OR STAMPED OVER. THE SECOND COIN WITH THE OBVERSE BUBBLING HAS A VERY UNUSUAL LOOK, BUT ONLY ON THE OBVERSE, THE REVERSE OF THE COIN IS UNAFFECTED.
