This rare, non-catalog “Crafted in Japan” Jazz Bass features a gloss Lake Placid Blue finish with matching headstock. The tonewood complement comprises a basswood body, maple neck, and slab rosewood fretboard, and this bass weighs 8lbs 4oz. Plugged in, the pair of JB-Vintage single coil pickups deliver a touch of aggressive growl, ample midrange presence and burp, and low end authority. This JB62-58/MH has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, comfortable action, and spot-on intonation.
