Description: 20-card Cello Promo compete Beckett graded 20-card 1990 Impel Marvel Universe. These are the ONLY set graded in existence of these extremely hard to find promo cards. PSA wouldn’t grade these as they were issued before the distribution rights were established (I tired several times). PSA has mistakenly graded a few of these that I've seen as Diamond Previews ex. cert. #89760947. These are similar to the Diamond Preview set (you can see the missing Exclusively distributed by Impel Marketing Inc at the bottom) without the grey diamond, however much more difficult to find one let alone a complete set!
