1933 Goudey #158 Moe Berg SGC Auth Moe Berg Personal Collection Pedigree w/ COA

Description: Untitled Document 1933 Goudey #158 Moe Berg This is one of 59 cards personally collected by Moe Berg and his brother, Sam Berg. This particular example has been graded "Authentic" by SGC (serial #1236477-009) and has been specially pedigreed as belonging to the "Moe Berg Collection." A tamper-proof hologram (numbered 9/59) has been affixed to the SGC holder and matches the hologram on the Certificate of Authenticity/Provenance that accompanies the card (see images above). This card, among others, spanning the years from 1933 to 1940, was obtained directly from the assemblage of Moe Berg's personal papers, books, and files in 2006. The collection was shipped from the origin directly to SGC to be encapsulated along with a notarized letter from the trustee of the Moe Berg estate so that the chain-of-ownership was preserved.
