Lynas & Son in Logansport, Indiana. The size is 7 3/8" x 8 3/8", it is in nice condition, just a small tear on top edge in middle, a crease top to bottom in middle, and a slight bend at left side in top area, see the photos, and would be a great addition to an advertising, jar, bottle, glassware, or ephemera collection.
