Description: 1910’s to 1920’s Jose “Cheo” Hernandez cabinet card. Likely autographed on the front in pencil. Cheo was a right handed pitcher. Unknown fact. Cheo pitched negro league baseball for the Cuban Stars. He also has a substantial US minor league career. Cheo was in a pitching rotation with Baseball HOFer Willie Foster in 1927-28. Cabinet is about 8 by 10 inch. Stains, toning, scratches, holes and wear. No major condition issues. Card is stable and stored in a magazine rigid top loader. Feel free to ask questions.
