Description: The books are quite large measuring 13" x 17". They have a soft cover binding that is showing some wear on the outer spine. The bindings are still holding together in relatively good condition. Each opera has a nicely done full page illustration - see photos. It says 'introduced by Giuseppe Verdi' - I don't know if that means he wrote the synopsis for each one. The writings go in some detail about each one, some longer than others. There are a few seldom seen operas in these three volumes.
