The front and back covers are semi-glossy and embossed, which is rare. There are 2 double-sided pages of brilliant color prints, for a total of 4 full-page. This catalogue contains a large chromolithograph print of bright purple Campanula Macrostyla, plus 2 Order Forms (one for plants and bulbs only, the other for Plants), an advertisement for Vicks Monthly Magazine, and a letter from James Vick himself. I believe there are illustrations on every page! Illustrations of farm equipment on 4 pages. The front side of the back cover contains a lengthy Table of Contents. The back cover is loose from the rest of the catalogue. All in all, a fabulous example of one of Vick's finest catalogues! I am selling this one with all 5 of the inserts. Binding is worn.
