Krauss, Shirt Manufacturer & Importer of, and Dealer in Men's Furnishing Goods at 44 and 46 East Washington St. in Indianapolis, Indiana to J. R. Ervin in Muncie, In. The size is 8 1/4" x 4 1/2", it is in nice condition, just some darkness at left edge where it was peeled from a book, & still has a piece of paper there on the back.
