Դավիթ Կարապետի Թրյան (Դավիթ Թրյանց, Թուրյան, օգոստոսի 26, 1840, Կոստանդնուպոլիս, Ստամբուլ, Օսմանյան կայսրություն - օգոստոսի 20, 1898, Թիֆլիս, Ռուսական կայսրություն), հայ դերասան։. Ա. Մ. Վրույր-հայկական դրամատիկական թատերախմբի դերասան Արամ Վրույր (Արամ Մաքաշչյան, 1863, մարտի 13, Կոստանդնուպոլիս - 1924, մարտի 5, Թիֆլիս, թաղված է Խոջիվանքի պանթեոնում), հայ դերասան, բեմադրիչ։ Արա և Արտաշես Վրույրների հայրը: Արամ Վրույրը ծնվել է Կոստանդնուպոլսում։ Բեմական գործունեությունն սկսել է 1882 թվականին, Թիֆլիսում։ Աշխատել է Թիֆլիսի, Բաքվի թատերախմբերում, հանդես եկել նաև Ռուսաստանի, Անդրկովկասի հայաշատ վայրերում։ Լինելով կատակերգակ դերասան, անձնավորել է նաև դրամատիկական և բնութագրական կերպարներ։ 1890 թվականին Կ. Պոլսում տեղի ռամկական բարբառի է փոխադրել և բեմադրել Գաբրիել Սունդուկյանի «Պեպո»-ն՝ անձնավորելով գլխավոր դերը։ 1895 թվականին Թիֆլիսում առաջին անգամ բեմադրել է Հակոբ Պարոնյանի «Պաղտասար աղբար»-ը, «Մեծապատիվ մուրացկաններ»-ը՝ անձնավորելով գլխավոր հերոսներին։ Արևելահայ թատրոնում նրա թարգմանությամբ բեմադրվել են Մոլիերի «Տարտյուֆ», «Ագահը», «Ժորժ Դանդեն», «Դոն Ժուան» պիեսները։ Խաղացել է մոլիերյան մի շարք դերեր՝ Օրգոն՝ «Տարտյուֆ», Հարպագոն՝ «Ագահը», Սգանարել՝ «Դոն Ժուան», Արգան՝ «Երևակայական հիվանդը» և այլն։ Հեղինակել է մի շարք այլ բեմականացումներ, թարգմանություններ, պիեսներ՝ «Մտերմական ծեծ», «Վարժապետը», «Տերտերը շկափում» և այլն։ 1891 թվականին Թիֆլիսում հրատարակվել են Պետրոս Ադամյանին և Դ. Թրյանցին նվիրված նրա ուսումնասիրությունները, 1916 թվականին՝ Ու. Հաջիբեկովի «Արշին մալ-ալան»։ 1891-1900 թթ. աշխատակցել է «Մուրճ» ամսագրին, եղել «Կայծեր» թերթի (1910-1911 թթ.), «Կարմիր աքլոր» երգիծական շաբաթաթերթի (1921 թ.) պատասխանատու քարտուղարը։ 1907-1913 թթ. խմբագրել և հրատարակել է «Հուշարար» հանդեսը։ 1912 թվականին ընտրվել է Հայ գրողների կովկասյան ընկերության անդամ։ Բեմական ու գրական գործունեությանը զուգընթաց, շուրջ երեք տասնամյակ զբաղվել է հնագիտական լուսանկարչությամբ: 1904-1917 թթ. մասնակցել է Նիկողայոս Մառի գլխավորած գիտարշավներին (Անի, Գառնի, Վան և այլն)։ Ունի մի շարք հնագիտական ուսումնասիրություններ («Ջուղա», «ՊԲՀ», 1967 թ.)։ Նրա անմիջական մասնակցությամբ հայտնաբերվել են Անիի Գրիգոր Լուսավորչի տաճարի (Գագկաշեն) ավերակները (1905 թ.)
