The front end parts of this gun are completely interchangeable with the OEM gun - that's right, it uses the same gas nozzle, the same tip adapter, the same nozzle adapter, and the same contact tips as the OEM gun. You can see the heavy duty spring in both the handle and where the gun plugs into the machine, which offers a much better support system than the OEM gun. Also, our handle has a good clean ergonomic design, so it fits in your hand better than the OEM gun. Plus it is color coded to match your machine. You can also see the high quality of our cable assemblies. We insulate the crimp connection with shrink tubing to prevent any damage to the trigger wires. In the picture where we removed the shrink tubing, you can see the solid copper crimp on the brass connection, and the last picture shows a cut-a-way of the cable assembly. You see the liner going into Inner Tube. The wire runs down through the liner. Between the liner and the inner tube is where the gas flows, and you can see how the copper wires which carry the welding current and the trigger wires are co-axially wound around the inner tube.
