We will ask for clear pictures and/or video to prove any DOAs. Pictures must show a pin going through the body of the insect to prove it/they are dead. No refunds for DOAs, just replacement will be sent shipping at buyer’s expense. We are not responsible for USPS delays.Again, for DOAs (Dead on arrival) no refunds, only replacements packages at buyer’s expense. This means the buyer pays shipping cost for replacements.
