Maple cream and Maple sugar are both made from 100% pure maple syrup (no additives). maple cream is a delicious maple spread that can be used on bagels, toast, peanut butter sandwiches anything you want. Maple sugar is delicious on your oatmeal, in your coffee or tea or for baking. It is a wonderful treat. Maple Cream can be stored in the refrigerator for up to six months it is normal for it to separate all you need to do is give it a good stir to re-incorporate it. Maple Sugar will last indefinitely as long as kept in a cool dry place in sealed container. The maple sugar is a darker maple sugar with a stronger taste since we used dark syrup to make. This sugar comes in a sugar shaker you can either use a spoon on one side or just shake from the other side. After opening maple syrup it should be stored in the refrigerator.
